We currently only ship to UK Addresses
We send parcels with Evri 


If you request your order to be left in a certain place as you will not be in, it will be sent without a signature needed, in this case no claim can be made if your order has disappeared by the time you return.
Some people follow post officers and take the parcels after they leave it in your requested place!

Stock Availability
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability. In the event of an item being ordered and is found to be out of stock you will be notified by phone or email and refunded accordingly.

Cancelations & Returns
It may be possible to cancel an order before the item is shipped, on the cancellation of an order; any sum paid by the consumer will be repaid as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of cancellation. The full price paid for the goods will be refunded. If you cancel the order after the item is shipped you may return the item within 7 working days at your own expense (please remember to get proof of posting). The item must be unopened and sent back in its original shipping packaging including any attached documents. A Refund will be made A.S.A.P for the item only and only if it is received in the terms above.

Hosiery Refunds & Returns (within 7 working days)
Returns will only be accepted if the individual article is unopened and unworn. Returns for ladders will only be accepted if they were present when the pack was opened and not if there is evidence of the garment being stretch prior to wearing.
Refunds will only be issued if the individual items are unopened and unworn. Refunds will be made for unopened items only received in their original packaging and ready for resale, no refund will be made for postage.
Refund of postage will only be authorised if the returned item/s is a result of our error ( I.E wrong colour/s or size sent) or the item is found to be faulty on opening of pack only... and not if there is evidence of the garment being stretched prior to wearing.
Please make sure you get a receipt for proof of posting in case returned items are lost and you have to make a third party claim.
We cannot make a refund unless we receive the items back in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

Exchange of goods
If you change your mind on the colour or size of the product once received, we will be happy to sort this out for you, however, the item/s returned must be unworn and packed in the original packaging along with a copy of the order and letter requesting what your exchange is.
No exchange will be made if there is evidence of the item being opened and stretched prior to wearing.
Return postage will be at your own expense, please ask and retain proof of posting.
We may request additional postage on sending your exchange.
To avoid disappointment please adhere to the terms as any item retuned found to have any of the above mentioned properties will not be refunded exchanged or returned.

The actual colours may vary slightly from that shown on the websites colour chart due to the limitations of browser software and monitors, limitations of photographic technology and lighting conditions

Prices & Tax
Prices shown for goods on this site include postage and packing unless specifically stated. The price you pay includes VAT at the prevailing rate for all deliveries within the European Union.

No credit card details are stored on our systems

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site or any of the products purchased from this site.

Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
